Job Description:

A leading criminal defence practice based in London is looking to recruit a newly qualified or early-career Criminal Solicitor to join their respected team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Criminal Solicitor with 0-2 years' PQE who is passionate about criminal justice and ready to build their career within a busy, client-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing own caseload
  • Attending police stations and court
  • Preparing cases for trial
  • Advising clients throughout the process
  • Legal research and drafting
  • Liaising with counsel and other parties
  • Attending both Magistrates' and Crown Court hearings

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years' PQE as a Criminal Solicitor (NQ applications welcomed)
  • Police Station Accreditation (preferred or willing to obtain)
  • Strong advocacy, drafting, and client care skills
  • Law degree and completed LPC or SQE route (essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic caseload
  • Passion for criminal defence work
