Job Responsibility

Ensure that there is a correct and complete planning of all crew on your seagoing vessels in cooperation with the vessel’s Management team
Make sure that crew changes can be carried out and arrange flights and transportation to and from the vessels for all relevant crewmembers
Ensure all crew are compliant with our BOFM training matrix and other project related required trainings
Fulfill vacancies on time in agreement with the Crewing HR team
Joined responsibility on the succession planning & development of your crew
Maintaining and collecting necessary personal documents, such as visas, specific to visa type and country, filing them on SharePoint, uploading personal documents, maintaining visa request overviews per person/vessel, and preparing crew overview lists for visa requests
Control and acknowledge expenses and invoices related to the crew on your vessels
