Crew Support Team Leader

• Lead a team of specialists to enhance operational efficiency while promoting a positive work environment focused on training, development, and employee engagement
• Oversee cabin crew performance through daily feedback, weekly trend analyses, and monthly KPI reports with actionable mitigation strategies
• Manage cabin crew communications, data sharing, and contract administration in line with company and collective agreements
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing procedures, ensuring compliance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing innovative technologies
• Act as first contact for cabin crew queries while coordinating events and initiatives that foster a strong sense of community

• excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management experience and strong analytical skills
• understand operational needs of cabin crew while balancing business priorities, with a strong interest in safety, commercial and operational processes
• IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse remote team
• advanced proficiency in English and Dutch
• previous cabin crew experience or aviation background being a valuable advantage
