Moe's Crew Member position is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking employment in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Job Responsibility

Interact with guests in a pleasant and upbeat fashion
say 'Welcome to Moe's' with enthusiasm and positive energy
be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and honest
create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and 'Awesomeness'
work with hot, cold and hazardous restaurant equipment
perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting items up to 50 pounds
maintain a clean and neat appearance

Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work shifts including weekends
standing for prolonged periods
ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
reliable and punctual
honest and trustworthy
good interpersonal skills
good communication skills
ability to effectively multi-task
pleasant and polite manner
outgoing with good interpersonal skills
ability to work in a team environment
willingness to learn and take direction
