Job Responsibility

Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
Monitor court activities to ensure participant safety
Assist in café operations including food preparation and service
Host parties and special events ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage front desk tasks including membership sales and guest check-in
Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Comfortable in an environment engaging with large groups of people
Able to work flexible schedule including business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Nice to have

Previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus
