Crew Member

• Prepare real food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
• Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Participate in comprehensive training to develop skills at various roles
• Support team members and customers with a helpful and enthusiastic attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
• Follow company policies and contribute to positive team culture

• Be at least 16 years old
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
• Willingness to learn and participate in training
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
• Availability for full-time or part-time shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Able to comply with health and safety guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
• Ability to maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Passion for helping and serving others
• Desire to learn cooking and kitchen skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
