Job Description

As a cadet on board of our vessels, you will be part of the team which is responsible for operating and maintaining our vessels. You can make your mark as cadet on board by supporting our crew members with their day to day tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the wachtsysteem/wait system of our vessels. E.g., ship maintenance, nautical activities
  • Putting your theoretical knowledge into practice and proactively share ideas
  • Conduct the graduation tasks from your takenboek/taskbook.

Requirements

  • An mbo/hbo student in Maritiem Officier, Scheepswerktuigkunde, Stuurman, Waterbouw
  • 18 year or older (due to international legislation)
  • An interest in Dredging or Offshore Energy
  • Enrolled in a Dutch educational program, throughout the duration of your internship
  • Hands-on and open to other cultures
  • A professional attitude and team player spirit
  • Good understanding of the English language, both written and spoken.
