Cremeria Lead

Cremeria Lead is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the operations and performance of the Cremeria Department in order to achieve and maintain department goals. Trains, coaches, and monitors cremeria dispatchers on their job duties according to company’s policies and procedures. Prepares cremeria products consistent in quality and appearance according to company guidelines and standards. Responsible for maintaining a presentable department image to our customers through a consistently clean and attractive department. Also responsible for smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers’ requests, to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
