We are seeking a licensed Kansas attorney to join a well‑established collections and creditors’ rights practice handling a high‑volume but sophisticated caseload. Job Responsibility:
Direct ownership of files with end‑to‑end case responsibility
Court appearances and substantive motion practice
Handle matters involving commercial collections and creditor enforcement
Motion practice and pleadings
Court appearances, hearings, and default judgments
Post‑judgment remedies, garnishments, and enforcement actions
Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes with counsel and pro se debtors
Requirements:
Active Kansas Bar license in good standing (required)
Prior collections, creditors’ rights, or litigation experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently
Professional communication style with courts, opposing counsel, and clients
