We are seeking a licensed Kansas attorney to join a well‑established collections and creditors’ rights practice handling a high‑volume but sophisticated caseload. Job Responsibility

  • Direct ownership of files with end‑to‑end case responsibility
  • Court appearances and substantive motion practice
  • Handle matters involving commercial collections and creditor enforcement
  • Motion practice and pleadings
  • Court appearances, hearings, and default judgments
  • Post‑judgment remedies, garnishments, and enforcement actions
  • Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes with counsel and pro se debtors

Requirements

  • Active Kansas Bar license in good standing (required)
  • Prior collections, creditors’ rights, or litigation experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently
  • Professional communication style with courts, opposing counsel, and clients
