We are looking for a Credit Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Lenexa, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit-related processes, ensuring accurate order entry, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Job Responsibility:

Process credit applications and evaluate customer creditworthiness to establish appropriate credit limits
Set up new customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage order entry tasks, ensuring timely and precise processing of customer orders
Collaborate with branch teams to address credit-related inquiries and support ongoing operations
Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies in payments or credit terms
Maintain detailed records of credit activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on credit applications and account statuses
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency
Contribute to team efforts by fostering a positive and collaborative work culture

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field
Proficiency in managing credit applications and evaluating customer credit profiles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members
Familiarity with order entry systems and processes
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
