Job Description

Join our team as a Credit Specialist, where you’ll manage customer credit risk, review and release blocked orders, maintain accurate credit data, and support key financial processes. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help drive process improvements, and contribute to a strong and efficient Order‑to‑Cash cycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Timely review of orders on hold and release based on credit policy and proper approvals
  • Daily reporting of blocked orders to Finance and Collection teams
  • Review of the Credit Limit and risk for both new and existing customers
  • Monitoring customers portfolio and credit data maintenance in SAP
  • Provide input to internal and external audit and comments to management on KPI
  • Proactive control to avoid inconsistencies in the process
  • Identify areas for improvements and implementation of new solutions

Requirements

  • 2 years of related experience (in OtC area)
  • Very good English skills for effortless communication
  • Understanding of financial analysis, proficiency in main financial indicators
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Excel and other MS office applications (PowerBI/VBA as an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills to establish relationship with Stakeholders
  • Accounting/Finance degree preferred
  • Attention to detail, ability prioritize and to manage time efficiently
