Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the Credit Solutions Chief Administrative Office (CAO). This role drives strategic initiatives primarily in the Securities‑Based Lending (SBL) space, with exposure to Custom Lending. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on SBL know‑how with deep expertise in project management, process optimization, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain a clear and consistent list of priorities to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to communicate priorities and manage expectations effectively
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
Plan and execute initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and client experience
Drive projects forward by removing obstacles, monitoring progress, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
Champion change management by guiding stakeholders through transitions and fostering the adoption of new processes
Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement in project execution and change management
Requirements:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and/or education
4+ years in wealth/private bank or credit solutions environments with hands‑on SBL delivery and exposure to Custom Lending for HNW/UHNW clients
Proven success leading multi‑workstream initiatives across front office, underwriting, operations, risk, and technology with disciplined scope, dependencies, and governance
Experience executing change in a highly regulated environment in partnership with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Control, Audit, and Policy/Model teams
Facilitates enterprise change and executes complex initiatives end‑to‑end by building and leading structured change plans (stakeholder mapping, impact and readiness assessments, training and communications, adoption and reinforcement), integrating change controls into project plans, running governance forums/steer‑cos, and driving adoption across WIM Operations, Client Relationship Group, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Control
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
Proven ability to assess processes, identify risk or inefficiencies, and recommend solutions that drive operational excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
working knowledge of Power BI (or similar) for dashboards and operational indicators
