Job Description:

The Credit Risk Senior Officer role within Institutional Credit Management (ICM) focuses on private markets funds covering various products such as Subscription call facilities, Fund Financing, Sponsor FX hedging, and structured & management company lending. The role involves evaluating transaction risks, underwriting, monitoring portfolios, and building client relationships in banking and risk. Strong expertise in capital markets, derivatives, alternative investments, and structured lending is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluating transactions risk across the business covering full range of products
excellence in analysis, underwriting, monitoring, and drives global consistency across regions
involvement in underwriting and supporting a portfolio of complex products
strong knowledge of derivatives and structured lending
facilitate relationships with key clients in banking and risk

Requirements:

Ability to understand capital markets products and complex financing and product structure
risk/risk-related counterparty credit work experience in banking/financial institutions with expertise in the alternative investment counterparties
demonstrates strong ethics and integrity
dynamic, flexible, and with strong communication skills
can make decisions under pressure and short timeline
excellent verbal & written communication skills
excellent presentation skills – adept at presenting effectively to audiences of various sizes and various constituencies

Nice to have:

An MBA, CPA, CFA preferred, and formal credit training is a plus
experience managing alternative managers like Hedge Funds, BDCs, and Private Equity
