Job Description:

We are seeking a Credit Intern to help gather and analyze historical client data, focusing on key information such as financial data, credit bureau data, and general company information. The data collected will serve two primary purposes: 1. Support the credit analysis process of all Jeeves customers. 2. Support in the ongoing monitoring of the existing Jeeves loan book.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze historical client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Leverage external data sources (e.g., banking, tax, financial, credit bureau) and internal performance data to develop best-in-class credit policies (e.g., underwriting criteria, dynamic credit limit programs)
  • Address data gaps by sourcing missing information where applicable

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in credit risk management
  • Experience in commercial credit risk preferred
  • Fluency in English (Jeeves is a global company, and English is our internal language for communication)
  • Basic understanding of financial statements
  • Self starter, very organized and can handle multiple requests at the same time
  • Experience using Microsoft office products
  • Strong attention to detail
