Job Description:

Credit Risk Analyst role in Institutional Credit Management Underwriting team responsible for delivering best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring and credit administration as a partner to Risk and Banking. The role involves fundamental credit analysis of counterparties and continuous monitoring of client portfolios.

Job Responsibility:

Assess the credit and financial strength of Citi's Global Network Banking clients
Complete Credit Analysis Write-up Memos and Final Obligor Risk Ratings
Continuous monitoring of the covered portfolio, including following industry trends
Partnership with regional and industry stakeholders in Banking and Risk
Production of Annual Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, and support to Ad-Hoc Transactions

Requirements:

0-2 years of credit experience in Banking, Credit Risk Management or equivalent
Fundamental analytical skills, including an understanding of key financial components (liquidity position, leverage profile)
Basic knowledge of financial statements and GAAP accounting or similar governance
Basic understanding of Credit Policy and procedures
BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA), or any other related subject
Proficiency in Turkish and English
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills

Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and exert influence
Organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation
