Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Credit Product Portfolio Specialist for our Supply Chain - Channel Finance Group. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be delivering top-tier products and services that empower corporate clients throughout Latin America. Our portfolio encompasses traditional asset-based lending, senior secured lending, inventory/floorplan financing, accounts receivable/purchase order financing, and supply chain finance solutions. Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients
  • Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges
  • Participate or provide support to review and analyze low to moderately complex client portfolios
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations
  • Partner with senior peers to develop inquiries or identify gaps
  • Participate in regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions
  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on the use of tools
  • Collaborate and consult with senior peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests
  • Contribute to functional area planning related to a given product

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
  • Experience in Secured Lending Relationship Management
  • International commercial lending experience
  • Proven ability to communicate powerfully and prolifically, both internally and externally
  • Ability to build partnerships and create strategic alliances among diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing work environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Account relationship, underwriting and credit management experience
  • Accounting/Finance background
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
