Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Credit Product Portfolio Specialist in our Capital Finance group as part of Wells Fargo Commercial Bank. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing client portfolios, managing risk, and collaborating with various partners to deliver credit solutions effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients
Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges
Provide support to review and analyze low to moderately complex client portfolios for key issues
Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations
Partner with senior peers to develop inquiries or identify gaps to support understanding of clients' businesses
Participate in regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions
Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on tools
Collaborate and consult with senior peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests
Contribute to functional area planning related to a given product

Requirements:

2+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
2+ years of experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL) including credit evaluation and risk assessment
Knowledge of large corporate lending and working knowledge of ABL and Capital markets
Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge and understanding of balance sheet, P/L and statement of cash flows
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment while effectively adapting to evolving priorities and business needs
Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning

Nice to have:

Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience
Credit evaluation and risk assessment skills
Knowledge of large corporate lending
Working knowledge of ABL and Capital markets
