Duties: Maintain compliance with internal credit policies and practices, regulatory policies and prepare, update, and ensure approval of all internal policy and procedure changes, keeping proper change and approval logs. Conduct organizational responsibilities, including performance management and evaluation (including managing the Review the Reviewer process). Conduct gap analyses and remediation work of any misalignments for policy changes and operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the listed roles
