Job Description:

The Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst is responsible for managing and validating post-implementation processes and ongoing monitoring of customer-facing credit risk platforms. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, addressing system performance issues, and improving platform scalability and reliability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and perform validation of customer-facing credit risk platforms post-deployment
  • Support the development and execution of post-implementation validation frameworks
  • Partner with risk management, IT, and operations teams to address system performance gaps
  • Establish and manage a framework for ongoing production monitoring
  • Implement real-time and batch monitoring processes
  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues and identify root causes
  • Ensure all platforms perform reliably to minimize customer impact
  • Engage with business stakeholders to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain documentation for compliance with regulations
  • Enhance governance and control frameworks for credit risk platforms
  • Work with technology teams to implement monitoring tools
  • Support efforts in platform optimization and scalability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Advanced degrees and certifications in technology operations, risk management, or project management are preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in risk management, technology operations, or production monitoring in corporate banking/financial institutions
  • Knowledge of corporate finance, financial modeling, credit and banking products, credit analytics, risk assessment, and transaction execution
  • Good understanding of credit risk management, technology platforms, and operational risk controls
  • Familiarity with modern monitoring tools and relevant programming skills
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit risk, data management, and customer-facing platforms
  • Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, and business acumen

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in technology operations, risk management, or project management
  • Experience working with internal audit, regulatory bodies, and compliance teams
