• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or financial field
• Proven experience in managing high-performing agile development teams
• Significant leadership experience in technology or financial services, overseeing large-scale technology and system development initiatives
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget, especially in regulated environments
• Extensive experience with critical decision engine technologies and analytics platforms
• Deep understanding of core principles, decisioning models, and the operationalization of strategies through technology
• Significant expertise in rules engine technologies, decisioning platforms, and risk management tools
• Experience leading technology transformation initiatives, including the adoption of advanced automation and AI/ML
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and experience ensuring technology solutions are compliant with industry regulations
• Superior communication skills to engage effectively with senior leadership, technology teams, and external stakeholders
• Strong financial management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage large technology budgets
