Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or financial field
Proven experience in managing high-performing agile development teams
Significant leadership experience in technology or financial services, overseeing large-scale technology and system development initiatives
Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget, especially in regulated environments
Extensive experience with critical decision engine technologies and analytics platforms
Deep understanding of core principles, decisioning models, and the operationalization of strategies through technology
Significant expertise in rules engine technologies, decisioning platforms, and risk management tools
Experience leading technology transformation initiatives, including the adoption of advanced automation and AI/ML
Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and experience ensuring technology solutions are compliant with industry regulations
Superior communication skills to engage effectively with senior leadership, technology teams, and external stakeholders
Strong financial management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage large technology budgets
