Job Description:

Credit Portfolio Group Manager position at Citibank overseeing Latin America Corporate Clients Group Portfolio, assessing credit risk drivers and trends, leading portfolio reviews, coordinating regulatory presentations, and managing risk assessment processes across LATAM region.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee Latin America Corporate Clients Group Portfolio
Assess main drivers and trends in credit risk
Lead Regional Portfolio Reviews
Coordinate regional presentations to regulators
Participate in key regional and global projects representing LATAM Risk
Drive Manager's Control Assessment process across LATAM clusters
Lead credit-related internal audit exams
Provide inputs on regional credit risk to LATAM Cluster & Banking Risk Head
Perform tasks related to Latin America Debt Rating Model
Provide regular feedback to LATAM Wholesale Credit Risk group
Work closely with LATAM country risk managers and cluster heads
Manage group of professionals providing credit and regulatory support

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as Credit Risk Manager, Credit Portfolio Manager, or related position
8 years experience with credit risk gap analyses and implementation of necessary remediation
Portfolio management
Credit risk trend and driver identification including macroeconomic and political analysis
Risk model development process management
Manager's control assessment process management
Managing personnel located in LATAM region
LATAM debt rating model testing and assessment
Sector knowledge in power, energy, utilities, consumer, transportation and industrials, public, and financial institutions sectors
Support Risk managers using knowledge of banking regulatory framework with international and Latin American applications
