Credit Portfolio Associate

• Provide support as an advisor regarding credit performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite
• Review basic or tactical issues, credit policies or procedures, complex credit reports
• Develop understanding of credit function, analytical tools, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders
• Review credit analysis on assigned portfolio to include financial trends, controls and collateral
• Schedule and coordinate bank deposit review, audits and buyout process
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Make decisions and resolves issues to meet business objectives
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• 6+ months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6+ months of Relationship Management experience (desired)
