Job Description:

This role involves supporting Citi Commercial Bank in London by underwriting transactions, leading credit due diligence, and managing the credit process end-to-end. Candidates will be responsible for preparing credit analysis, ratings, and projections while maintaining compliance and supporting business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Underwrite requests for new and existing clients
prepare detailed credit summaries
analyze businesses and perform financial analysis
prepare credit ratings and financial projections
present credit analysis to approval committees
manage, negotiate and execute facility documentation
monitor clients and prepare annual credit reviews
identify process improvements
provide mentorship to junior Credit Officers.

Requirements:

Experience in credit underwriting
strong financial analysis skills
knowledge of global economy and designated industries
familiarity with Citi’s products and services
compliance with credit policies and regulatory policies
ability to lead credit due diligence and execute facility documentation.
