Job Description:

The Credit Management Apprentice role at Citi involves working within Institutional Credit Management, managing credit risk and executing controls for wholesale customers. The apprentice will support transaction management, ensure systems and processes accurately manage loan terms, and engage with various teams to optimize loan lifecycle processes. The program includes training while studying for a BSc (Hons) Business Technology Apprenticeship qualification, and provides opportunities to learn from a well-established team, engage in projects, and build a strong foundation in credit risk management.

Job Responsibility:

Actively managing and maintaining a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions
Coordinating and closing loan transactions/lifecycle events, capturing data, storing documentation, troubleshooting issues/roadblocks, performing quality control
Working with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to ensure all stakeholders have end-to-end transparency
Constantly improving processes, controls and efficiencies within the group and front to back across the loan lifecycle
Participating in projects to enhance performance and efficiency

Requirements:

5 GCSEs including Maths with a minimum grade B/C (or equivalent) and English Language with a minimum grade C (or equivalent)
A level grades BCC (or equivalent)
Combinations of different qualifications meeting the same standard (provided subject requirements are met)
