Job Description:

Excess Approval Management Team provides service to countries in Western Europe, but not exclusively. Daily process relates to monitoring the excess over approved clearing limits or transactions ordered without limit or balance. The team is cooperating with Relationship Managers and 1&2 Line of Defense to escalate exceptions and obtain appropriate approval to release the transaction. Team is working basing on the market wide practices and cut-offs for range of currencies and securities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring of excesses at daylight clearing and settlement lines
  • Requesting credit approvals in order to process instructed transactions
  • Dealing with approval requests based on Credit Policy and processing transactions within time frame
  • Ensure compliance with credit policy and internal procedures
  • Process Data Quality reviews
  • Close cooperation with CRMS CRA team for technical override approvals for cash and securities transactions
  • Interpret existing and new credit policies
  • Apply in day to day process
  • Manage processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness
  • Maintain, as required, up-to-date process manuals, and ensure that documented processes are adhered to
  • Handle dynamic and complex transactions easily
  • Managing and support a substantial and complex projects, obligors, countries or portfolios

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years previous experience
  • Ability to influence key decision makers
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and levels of management
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Pre- & Post-Review activities, presentation decks, checklists, file comment compilation and System assistance
