Job Description:

System Implementation and Operational Readiness Lead role driving delivery of new wholesale credit risk technology platform to Global Credit Risk Management Services within ICM organization. Supports strategic agenda and requires cross-functional collaboration with product development, technology and business stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Drive successful onboarding of Global CRMS team onto the strategic credit platform capability
Direct technology design to deliver control automation
Consolidate and deliver business requirements using process simplification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop understanding of transformation design
Lead user acceptance testing and plan operational readiness activities
Monitor post-implementation activity
Lead migration of legacy systems to new enterprise platforms
Manage legacy system enhancements

Requirements:

10+ years of experience within financial services in a large, matrixed, multinational organization
Experience in process design, root cause analysis, process re-engineering and process improvement
Strong wholesale credit product and banking operations knowledge
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams end-to-end
Ability to influence and engage in a consultative mode with various senior stakeholders
Extremely organized, motivated and analytical
Willingness to challenge the process and seek out answers
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
