Job Description

They shall perform all duties that pertain to the Credit Loan Program. Assist with filing and digitalizing all credit loan documents.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and sort all loan applications and payroll deduction forms by individuals
  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, or cleaning fragile archiving materials
  • Convert all paper documents into digital form and save to USB
  • Maintain and troubleshoot scanners and computer/laptop to ensure proper functionality
  • Must follow the directives given by the Credit Director
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Prior experience in digitization or data conversion is preferred
  • Ability and skill to perform work in a detailed, accurate, timely, efficient and confidential manner
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Must have computer skills and knowledge of operating scanner, or related software
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must keep all information pertaining to credit loan accounts in strict confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer service skills and working with the public
  • Must be able to list 10+ pounds
