Job Description:

The Credit Data Reference Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining client and credit limit data within various systems for new and existing clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with global desks under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving data exceptions, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing training to junior team members. Job Responsibility:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank to service deal flow and meet deadlines
Process, manage, and maintain client and credit limit data in various systems
Analyze and resolve exceptions from reconciliation processes
Provide prompt, accurate responses to inquiries and escalate when necessary
Regularly update and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Train and guide team members on best practices and processes
Collaborate with project teams to gather business requirements and provide support on strategic projects
Ensure operational readiness and assist with cutover planning for projects nearing go-live
Gather and provide data for internal auditors and other control areas as required
Work with the manager to prioritize and distribute workload efficiently within the team
Offer creative, innovative ideas to streamline processes and improve operations
Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (business analyst, data reference, or reconciliation)
Strong communication with various stakeholders
Experience in credit data management and reconciliation processes
Trading Knowledge
Experience working with data

Nice to have:

Experience with Cairo
Experience with Carma
Experience with Excel VBA
