Credit Controller

• Reconcile and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments
• Liaise with clients and third parties to resolve account queries and maintain strong working relationships
• Monitor outstanding balances and support the collection of overdue payments
• Analyse financial data to support decision-making and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

• Previous experience in Credit Control is essential
• Confident speaking on the phone and enjoys building relationships with clients
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• experience with financial or CRM systems is a plus
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
