Credit Controller

• Reconcile and manage client accounts, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time
• Build and maintain excellent client and third-party relationships to resolve account queries effectively
• Monitor outstanding balances and support the collection of overdue debt
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and support decision-making
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

• Previous experience in credit control
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with financial or CRM systems is an advantage
• A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent time management skills
