Job Responsibility:
Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email to maintain healthy cashflow
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with accurate financial data
Price‑matching invoices using Excel to ensure correct billing
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
Supporting the finance team with general credit control and admin tasks
Requirements:
Experience in credit control or accounts receivable
Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Solid Excel ability - ideally with experience matching data and using lookup formulas
