Job Description

Looking for a new role as a Credit Controller? For a company in Aalst, a leader in medical technology, we are looking for a key figure in the Quote to Cash process within their Global Business Services center. You will manage creditworthiness, ensure timely collections, and support order release throughout Europe. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service is essential to ensure financial integrity and a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibility

Evaluating the creditworthiness of new and existing European customers
Monitoring and managing credit limits and payment terms
Overseeing order release, in line with credit limits
Close collaboration with Sales and CS to resolve credit issues and support business growth
Reporting credit performance and risks to management
Proactively identifying process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably in a multinational or Shared Service environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis for credit assessment
Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
Must: you speak fluent English!

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Any other language is a plus.
