Job Responsibility:
All aspects of credit control for service charges, rent and/or utilities recharges in accordance with debt collection procedure for all England & Wales managed properties
Agree payment terms for tenant arrears, within the set business guidelines
Ensure the database is kept up to date with notes of all customer communication in relation to debt chasing
Work effectively with internal departments to assist with customer queries
Ensure that all customer communications are responded to appropriately and in line with internal KPIs
Review accounts during each step of the credit control process to ensure all queries are closed prior instructing solicitors
Work as part of a team on all general administration of the credit control & accounts shared inbox
Communicate and build relationships with property managers & support them with debt reporting & meetings with Clients
Requirements:
Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
Experience of working in a similar role is essential
Experienced with Qube or similar package is advantageous
Nice to have:
