We also offer a range of respite and short stay services, helping families and carers outside of Hollybank. Job Responsibility:
Assist the Finance Manager in ensuring financial objectives are accomplished
Process customer and service user invoices
Ensure debts are collected within specified time period
Ensure customer accounts are up to date
Preparation of sales invoices
Resolve account queries and discrepancies
Build strong client relationships
Post and allocate payments made into the bank daily
Reconcile the bank account
Prepare detailed reports and provide regular updates to management
Undertake administrative duties to assist the Finance Department
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months UK work experience (in any sector) (does not apply to school/college leavers)
Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
