Job Responsibility:
Manage and monitor customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing within agreed deadlines
Chase outstanding payments and maintain strong relationships with clients to reduce aged debt
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently
Use systems including Salesforce and Workday to update account information, track payments, and maintain accurate records
Support the wider international accounts team with daily finance and credit control activities
Prepare account statements, payment reports, and credit control updates for management
Work collaboratively with internal departments including finance, sales, and customer support teams
Handle customer queries professionally via email and phone in a fully remote working environment
Maintain compliance with company finance procedures and data accuracy standards
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Requirements:
