Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring that all payments are allocated accordingly, and any debit balances are investigated
keeping track of outstanding balances
ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
contacting customers via phone, email, or letters to collect overdue payments
performing a monthly reconciliation and debtor report
preparing regular vehicle debtor reports to be sent to the sites

Requirements:

Customer Service Experience needed
detail-oriented
organized
