Office Angels are recruiting for an Associate Team Leader to join a busy finance/credit control team. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while supporting the day-to-day management of the team and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and motivating a small team to meet daily targets and service levels
monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to help individuals improve and develop
handle escalated queries and complex issues relating to credit control and customer accounts
ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of payments and invoices
maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients or customers
support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in credit control and / or a team leader position
some leadership or team supervision experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
