Job Responsibility

  • Daily execution of the company's credit policy includes checking and approving customer orders
  • Collecting and analyzing customer financial data to assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits
  • Handling customer calls for account resolution, balance collection, and overdue debt settlement
  • Systematic communication with Sales representatives and Managers regarding all customer financial matters
  • Monitoring, verifying, and recording all incoming customer payments, including deposits and checks
  • Ensuring a continuous and policy-compliant cash flow of receivables by performing receivables analysis
  • Preparing reports on outstanding/receivable amounts, plus periodic receivables budgeting and cash availability reporting
  • Organizing and maintaining customer databases and participating in the review of new features within the company's ERP system
  • Communicating with the Legal department for the monitoring and collection of doubtful balances

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and methodical work habits
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Two years of experience in a similar role is a strong plus
  • Must be highly proficient in Ms Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to meet goals under strict deadlines
