Credit Contract Analyst

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Prepare and review various contracts and agreements, including but not limited to, loan agreements and repayment schedules
• Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a comprehensive contract database to track contract status, expiration dates, and renewals
• Monitor and enforce contract compliance, ensuring that all parties meet their obligations
• Resolve contract-related disputes or issues in a timely and effective manner
• Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Collaborate with internal legal counsel when necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy of contract(s)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field
• 1-2 years’ contracting-related role within the finance or legal industry
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools

Knowledge of the floorplan finance industry is a plus
