Job Responsibility:
Making calls and sending emails for an assigned customer base
Reviewing credit applications
Answering customer questions regarding billing and payments
Requirements:
3+ years of Credit and Collections experience
Must be a self-starter/self-motivator with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and able to prioritize
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
