Job Description:

This business-to-business collections position is full time, on-site and part a great company. Day to day the position entails being a part of a team of 4. This company offers a great benefits package and bonus. They have a very stable and tenured team because they are a great place to work. Job Responsibility:

  • Making calls and sending emails for an assigned customer base

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Credit and Collections experience
  • Must be a self-starter/self-motivator with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and able to prioritize
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
