The role covers all aspects of collection activities from cash collection, account management, and customer relations. Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the analysis, the building of client relationships, and collection of a large portfolio of Customer Accounts with the objective of reducing and minimizing past due balances
  • Make outbound contacts with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Implementation of permanent account administration and account analysis
  • Implementation of credit/account management, ascertainment of the payment patterns, and if necessary, implementation of corrective measures
  • Ensure debt and cash targets are met on a quarterly/monthly basis
  • Ensure all ledgers are kept clean and reconciled
  • Ensure full compliance at all times
  • Support with the implementation of any process automation

Requirements

  • Business Administration or Finance Degree desired
  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in a finance or accounts role is a plus
