In partnership with BRIDGESTONE, the global industry leader, we are developing a high-impact operational structure to support the company's European operations. Successful candidates will serve as an integral component in the transition and establishment of critical processes being relocated from other regions. You will join a newly formed, dynamic team from its inception, actively contributing to the development of its organizational culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain receivables accounts and prepare debit-side payment runs
  • Assign business transactions for posting via ticket system (QRMS)
  • Record and follow up on customer complaints
  • ensure proper documentation and credit note posting
  • Prepare correction postings and settlements for customers
  • Check and maintain customer master data and hierarchies in SAP
  • Review blocked orders and assign credit limits/payment terms in line with policy
  • Gather credit information for customer credit checks
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs (DSO, overdue reduction, limit management)
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Support new customer registration and master data updates
  • Communicate with customers, sales, and credit teams
  • Participate in training sessions for new hires and process updates

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in credit or collections
  • IT skills in MS Office and SAP S/4 HANA (FI, SD, BW)
  • Ability to assess customer creditworthiness
  • min. English B2/C1, French or German B2/C1

  • Provide oversight, guidance and constructive challenge to first line of defence (1LOD) model development and governance activities
  • Work closely with modelling teams to support model risk assessments, evaluate controls, advise on validation approaches and help ensure model inventory data is accurate and complete
  • Support assurance activities such as independent model validations and thematic reviews
  • Support the maintenance and ongoing development of the FCA Model Inventory, including contributing to data analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with R&CO colleagues to stay informed on developments across risk and contribute to updates on internal AI and model risk
  • Build and maintain a network across key 1LOD areas (e.g. Advanced Analytics, Data Management, AI Governance) and stay up to date with developments in AI and Model Risk Management

  • Obtain renewal terms for customers and research suitable alternatives to produce presentations
