Job Responsibility:

  • Actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are being met by the customer
  • Resolve reoccurring billing issues
  • Maintain efficient record of collection activities
  • Drive debt collections
  • Monitor credit accounts and limits and report delinquent customers to Team Leader for review and action
