Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Credit Clerk to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow and contribute to a dynamic credit department. The ideal candidate will support various credit-related tasks while collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Job Responsibility:

Provide assistance to the credit team by managing daily tasks and administrative functions
support credit and collections activities to ensure timely payments and resolution of outstanding accounts
utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and maintain financial data
collaborate with team members to address credit-related inquiries and concerns
help prepare reports and documents related to corporate credit processes
assist in maintaining accurate records of client accounts and transactions
contribute to the improvement of department workflows and efficiency
perform other duties as assigned to support the credit team's objectives

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and analysis
previous experience in credit, collections, or a related field
understanding of corporate credit processes and procedures
strong organizational and time management skills
ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
problem-solving skills to address credit and collections challenges
legally authorized to work in the United States
