The North America Consumer bank information management team provides reporting and business Insights support to help the business monitor/size the impact of various business strategies, campaigns and portfolio actions. The team helps the business take strategic decisions based on lots of data exploration, thorough understanding of business needs backed by structured thinking.
Job Responsibility:
Working with business partners in building, implementing, tracking project validation process
Interact regularly with business partners to understand their strategic priorities, develop context, proactively design and propose solutions
Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
Break down information in a systematic and communicable manner
Provide reporting and business Insights support to help the business monitor/size the impact of various business strategies, campaigns and portfolio actions
Help the business take strategic decisions based on data exploration and structured thinking
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research or other quantitative field and strong relevant industry experience
5-10 years relevant experience
Advanced process management skills, organized and detail oriented
Understanding of statistics and probabilities
Good communication skills with ability to write proper documentation, and team player
Ability to work on projects without continuous supervision in individual capacity
Experience in working on Credit Cards and Retail Banking products is a plus
Control orientated and Risk awareness
Working with large and complex data sets using relevant programming tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, SAS Macro)
Good understanding of Credit card business financials like P&L items
Experience in analyzing Credit card portfolio, especially knowledge in interest rates, fees, interchange, penalty etc.
Experienced in Credit Card Rewards optimization & Reengineering strategies
