Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Credit Applications Specialist to join our team in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will evaluate credit applications and manage financial data to support business decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Assess credit applications and analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness
Collaborate with internal teams to manage commercial credit and collections processes
Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories
Conduct thorough evaluations of credit risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to credit and collections
Utilize SAP to manage credit applications and track account activities
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to resolve credit-related concerns
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management review
Support the continuous improvement of credit and collections procedures to enhance efficiency
Address inquiries and provide guidance on credit terms and conditions

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit analysis, collections, or a related field
Proficiency in credit application processes and commercial credit management
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
