We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Credit Application Analysts. This is an excellent, long-term opportunity to gain in-depth experience in Real Estate Secured Lending and serves as a potential entry point to future Underwriting roles. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all credit documentation, providing vital operational support to our sales and underwriting functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and is dedicated to accuracy and customer service. ... Schedule: Rotational hours between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide consistent operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting teams, maintaining a strong Customer Centric mindset
  • Review, update, and analyze all credit documentation to ensure accuracy and strict adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Ensure complete and accurate data input into the origination system to assist in the preparation of loan documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to internal business partners on a broad range of credit products and operational processes
  • Prioritize and manage your workload to meet established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for service and productivity
  • Follow internal operating policies and procedures, escalating non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary
  • Address partner or customer problems appropriately, efficiently, and escalate as needed, ensuring timely resolution

Requirements:

  • Previous professional experience in a corporate or office environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal partners
  • Proven ability to analyze information, identify problems, and propose effective solutions
  • Post-secondary education (College diploma or University degree)
  • Must be local and able to adhere to a mandatory primarily onsite work model (4 days a week) in Markham, ON
