Job Description

We are seeking a Credit and Compliance Lead to oversee credit evaluation, compliance governance and regulatory alignment for Voice and Roaming partners. The role ensures robust due‑diligence processes, accurate credit assessments, and effective risk mitigation across multiple compliance areas including sanctions, AML, anti‑bribery and MTIC fraud. The individual will act as a subject‑matter contact for sanctions compliance while collaborating closely with legal, finance and commercial teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage due‑diligence activities for Voice and Roaming partner onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate assessment of credit applications
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation aligned with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Conduct end‑to‑end credit risk assessments for new and existing partners and continuously monitor exposure levels
  • Support Voice settlements teams in managing overdue balances and implementing corrective measures
  • Perform compliance risk assessments across sanctions, AML, anti‑bribery, MTIC fraud, and financial compliance areas
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sanctions compliance within Voice services and deliver training to relevant teams
  • Manage and escalate compliance referrals, ensuring appropriate handling in collaboration with Legal and Regulatory functions
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records, reporting and oversight to ensure transparency and regulatory readiness

Requirements

  • An analytical individual with strong problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experienced in credit compliance, credit risk analysis, or a related field, ideally within telecommunications
  • Knowledgeable in credit regulations, financial analysis, and risk management principles
  • Familiar with compliance frameworks covering sanctions, AML, anti‑bribery and other regulatory standards
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline
  • Proficient with financial and compliance software tools, with experience delivering training on compliance topics
