Job Description:

The Credit Risk Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role that integrates industry standards with analytical thinking to assess client risk and manage borrowing relationships. Responsibilities include financial analysis, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment, with a focus on ensuring Citigroup policies and regulations are adhered to.

Job Responsibility:

Provides analysis of a business' financial trends, indicators and other client data for presentation to the Underwriting Manager for further discussion and consideration
Manages the risk associated with new and existing borrowing relationships
Performs spreads of client business financial statements
Creates Customer Accounting Systems through Credit Platform
Recognizes potential client risk through early warning systems
Performs periodic financial statement review
Tracks established financial covenants
Monitors compliance to borrowing base credit facility
Accompanies Underwriting Manager on customer site visits (when appropriate)
Ensures compliance with Citibank policies to ensure satisfactory ratings from internal and external auditors
Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made while safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and adhering to laws, rules, regulations, and Policy

Requirements:

2-5 years previous experience in a financial institution with a focus on credit analysis and spreading software
Analyze program results vs expectations
Develop Strategies and Criteria
Gather data and prepare data for analysis
