Reporting to the National Supervisor, you will hold a strategic role at the crossroads of finance and human relations. As a Credit Analyst, your daily routine will combine account analysis, amicable collection, and high-level customer service. Job Responsibility
Rigorously manage accounts receivable and conduct B2B collection activities for a diverse portfolio of clients
Process the opening of new client accounts and analyze files by applying the internal decision-making matrix
Analyze and release held client orders based on credit limits established in the system
Collaborate closely with internal branches and act as a diplomatic partner to defuse commercial standoffs
Ensure meticulous follow-up on payment agreements that can extend up to 90 days.
Requirements
Relevant experience in accounts receivable collection or credit management (high-performing profiles from corporate call centers will also be considered)
Excellent professional stability demonstrated throughout the career path
Fluent bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written. The incumbent of this position will report to, and communicate regularly with, their manager, who are located outside of Quebec and do not speak French
Personality characterized by calmness, patience, great listening skills, and a problem-solving approach.
